I have moderated and participated in various panel discussions, conferences and events in Ireland and across Europe.  Covering a broad range of areas within Inclusion, Gender Balance, Retaining and Progressing Talent.

I apply my knowledge, skills and passion to chair, present and/or participate as a panelist. I like to create insight to ensure a furthering of the debate and understanding over the power and influence of inclusion, retaining and progressing talent.

I am delighted to support new initiatives and speak at corporate & educational events.

I actively support national campaigns such as International Women’s Day year on year since 2015- delivering programmes, moderating panels, launching internal networks.
