Facilitation is an expertise l have been honing for the last 15 years. I have been engaged to help organisations have conversations internally with staff and/or externally with partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.

I bring the facilitation expertise to design and enable meaningful, purposeful discussion, debate and ultimately decisions.

The two core areas that l have enjoyed the most facilitating have been Roundtable Events and Diversity Labs.

Roundtables

In my role with Talking Talent  we introduced a Roundtable strategy to support our clients. These Roundtable discussions brings together senior leaders from global businesses, working in the area of diversity & inclusion, human resources and talent management to discuss current best practices, share ideas, raise challenges around a variety of topics underpinned by research.

Diversity Labs

In my role with PWN Global l was involved in the creation and facilitation of below Diversity Labs for our Global Corporate Partners.

Diversity Labs are intimate round table sessions where senior decision makers come together to listen to a brief presentation topics underpinning gender balanced leadership.

Participants leave with new insights, new solutions and new connections that will support them in engaging their male colleagues, strategies on how to advance gender balanced leadership in their organisations. Labs delivered include:
